A two-day Capacity Building Training Program for Forest Officials was organized by WCCB in collaboration with Maharashtra Forest Department, at Thane, on 19 & 20 Sept, 2022.

Shri S.V Ramarao, CCF(T), Thane inaugurated the program. RDD, WCCB delivered lecture on “Wildlife Crime Scenario in India and recent trends” followed by series of lectures on wildlife crime related issues by eminent wildlife and forest officials.

53 Forest Officials in the rank of RFO, Foresters and Forest Guards participated in the program.
